They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I had got a spiral perm and it is coming out. I had called there and she had me come in so she can look at it. She was not willing to do it over again. She said if i scrunch it up while wet then it will get curly. Im sorry I had a perm before and never had to do that with my other one. She did layer it to see if that will help, but it didnt help the perm. I am not Pleased will her service. I will take my service else where.
