I got keratin treatment and they said it would last 5 months I went back after giving a 40% tip and they were very rude and tried to blame it on me! Never would recommend!!!

have never seen a ruder manager or staff. I bought a Commmunity Appreciation card from here with numerous service, I used two of my six services and was told by new manager that they will no longer honor their own cerificates. The manager was rude and also broke Visa rules by requiring a 6 % increase in the required 20 % tip to cover his credit card costs. What a rip off, they are NOT the best salon in Weston for sureAnna Z.Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. . The staff wasn't respectful or professional at all and made no effort to help me. I suggest NO ONE buy their Services Cards, it is a rip-off!!!!! Icoupon sells them.
