My 14 year old daughter saw Natalie for a trim and we were horrified as she immediately cut off 2 inches. My daughter has dark straight fine hair and the technique she used was for someone with a choppy style. I'm not sure where she went to school but she needs additional training and continuing education. The salon is a little dumpy hole in the wall. We will never go back.
