I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I’d choose them over any other salon anywhere. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Edwin takes his time to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with the result.

Edwin took the time and paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. He was open to my needs for my particular style and was able to expand my idea with good options. Being equally open minded, I took his professional advice and I was so impressed with the results. I feel confident in saying I will return to Edwin's Hair Salon. The office was very easy to locate in the front of the shopping center. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Edwin is an excellent hairstylist. He spends as long as you need answering questions and considering various styles if you are undecided about what you want. The amazing thing about his haircuts is that you don't have to spend time 'adjusting' to your new style. I hate having to try to replicate at home what they did for me at the salon. Not this time. My hair falls into style by itself and looks great. I can pouff it up with a little extra effort but there's no need to figure out how to style it like the salon. Another review I read had the same result and I was doubtful it would apply to me. But it did. Edwin is a true professional. You can't go wrong visiting this salon. And you really feel special when you visit - like you are visiting an old friend's home for a relaxing chat. Woodbridge, Va is lucky to have him! Seriously. :)
