Robin is terrific and listens to what I need. She has been flexible in scheduling. She never tries to convince me to purchase products that do not fit with my needs and wishes. Pleasant and prompt with good follow up and timely communication if there is a change of available times. Robin followed up with me after my appointment to see how things were working out.
