Same complaint. Stylist's time is always spent: cutting your hair while talking to stylist next to ER..or someone seated, awaiting their own turn or some visitor standing beside you, chatting with stylist, watching everything, while your hair is done. Very rude in that respect.

Good cuts.. Pricey for area. Stylists tend to chat / talk amongst themselves or with other people seated or waiting while they are working on Your hair, which can be really annoying.
