They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I have returned several times, and they give back to the community in the form of charitable donations.

A Touch of Elegance didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They were extremely rude and impolite! My stylist didn't make any effort to keep hair off of me. I was itchy all day after my appointment. A Touch of Elegance didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all! They only cared about what would make them the most money. The owner Deb Farrell is a very loud mouth condescending person. I feel extremely sorry for the young staff who doesn't know any better. Deb Farrell is a bully! I don't know how she stays in business.
