Love this salon! Bernadette is an excellent hair dresser. I love the color she did on my very dry thin hair.... it is beautiful and looks healthier after her creative cut. I would definitely recommend this salon.

"Marilyn Perry" is a client of 5 yrs that bounced a check and made a fake complaint to avoid payment. When asked about her complaint she did not respond. She also filed a claim in which she lost.

I have had two very bad experiences with this salon. In the last color that I had performed, a very strong bleaching agent was used and I was put under the hairdryer. I later determined that when using this bleaching product, it is a "no no" to put a client under the hairdryer as it permanently damages their hair. My hair was damaged. However, foolishly, I tried again with this salon and mentioned my dry, damaged hair problem. This time, the coloring was uneven and again, I was told to go under the hairdryer. My hair is a mess. It is multi colored, dry, broken and damaged. This particular stylist (Nicole) does not like to be told when she damages your hair and thus, she gets even. I would never consider going back to such an establishment. No-one should have to be intentionally belittled, lied to and taken advantage of by a stylist and be charged a fee to do so. DON'T USE THIS SALON.
