Did not feel rushed or persuaded to get treatments that I did not leave. The best part is that I left will wonderful color and cut.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I've been here before and they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. I had heard the staff had changed so I gave them anothery try. My hair dresser's name was Wendy and I later found out she is the new manager. I could tell she really care about everyone who visits them. She was very sweet and professional the whole time even though people were always asking her for help, but I never felt negecleted. She gave me beautiful high lights and a new cut. The salon seemed cleaner and more proffessional then the last time I was there. I will dfeinetly be back to see Wendy and I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

My daughter just had the most overpriced hair cut I have ever experienced! The stylist trimmed an inch off the bottom of her hair that took 5 minutes then added too much product to her hair . I thought her hair was still wet but when I got out to the car,her hair was dry and greasy! The stylist dried her hair for too long because it still looked wet. Then she charged an extra $10 because my daughter had long hair. It was not worth $31 . . Don't have your hair cut by the blonde hair Wendy. She is does a terrible job.

This Hair Cuttery is well run and a good place to get a basic haircut. There are several long-time experienced stylists there who you can make appointments with should you desire.
Charlotte is our favorite there. She has been our stylist there for years now.
