I was seriously overcharged. A shampoo, trim and blow dry cost me $52!!!
I was charged an additional $10 for my 'length' which agreed to, but never got the straightening I asked for because 'the flat iron is bad for your hair'. She charged me for that anyway. Carole, the 'stylist' kept trying to sell me products as she worked on me. I think she was mad when I didn't buy anything extra.
