Have never really had a GREAT experiance here, they have always messed up my hair cut in one way or another. today was no exception. i asked for a specific style and all they did was trim my hair and thin out my already thinned hair so now it is the same as it was just thinner and stringy looking. very disappointed. It looks nowhere near how the pic i showed them looked... for one, my bangs were supposed to be short and they are still half way down my nose and in my way. and my hair should have been about 2" shorter than what they did. they did great on my husbands hair.... so men go ahead and pay the 20 for a cheap cut but not recommended for women unless they want overly thinned hair that is trimmed at most.

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members
