I visited the Great Clips today at the Wal-Mart shopping center. When I arrived no one greated me although 3 stylist were at the desk watching Youtube videos. When finally someone asked me to come on back. She sat me down and covered me with a cape never asking me if I'd like my hair washed. She proceeded to spray my hair with water. While she was cutting my hair, 3 stylists were at the desk continuing to watch Youtube and laughing very loudly and cutting up.(no pun intended) I received the cut I asked for and my stylist removed the cape. She did not offer to style the cut and I had to ask her to make sure the front of my hair was even on both sides which she then did. I walked out after paying and was very confused by the whole experience. I felt like she just wanted me to leave so that she could get back to Youtube with the rest of the ladies. By the way, I was the only customer in the salon. I won't be going back there and will tell anyone who will listen not to go there either. Very unprofessional!
