I had purchased a Living Social deal for myself and my friend. The person who answered my call was extremely rude and wouldn't validate one of my vouchers whcih was already paid for a manicure/pedicure stating they were to busy. (luckily living social credited me back) My friend also called to schedule here and asked for anything after 10AM as she lives a bit away and was told "look this is a discounted service , so I only have a 9AM for you ok", I don't think you should treat anyone that way regardless if it is discounted or not. Isn't the whole point of running a promotion to try and create more customers coming back. With that attitude I won't go back which is a shame cause I loved my masseuse!

Had a horrible experience there w/ an owner made getting a Groupon type visit seem like I was stealing from them. I went for the first haircut/pampering I would have in a long time and wound up crying before I even got in the chair because this lady was insistent I pay her again even though I had brought the deal online already. To add insult to injury, they even tried to get $2 out of me as I was walking out the door claiming they need tax. How petty. Horribly Greenwichy snobby place w/ I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

I recently visited Jaselynne at Serenity for a highlight and cut. she is AMAZING she was so professional and actually took the time to talk with me about the style I was looking for and she definately exceeded my expectations. she was so friendly and fun to talk to, I feel like she was one of my girlfriends I had known for years. I will definately be returning.

Jasellynne Morrow is a top notch stylist, and I was THRILLED to hear that she moved from her salon of 8 years in NYC to Greenwich! I have been seeing Jasellynne for 7 years. She is a master stylist from a top Manhattan salon, where I happily paid any price for her amazing cuts. Now she's in Greenwich, and she's only a 45 minute drive from me in West Hartford CT. And the prices at the salon are on par with the area. I have searched far and wide for a talented stylist, and I couldn't find ANYONE in all of CT to cut my hair the same way Jase does. I was travelling back to NYC every 4 months for my haircut for the past 3 years. She is talented, professional, warm, listens to every detail you want, and doesn't finish until you are totally satisfied. The salon is gorgeous, newly renovated, with huge windows overlooking the great shopping strip of Greenwich Avenue. Can't wait to go back in a couple months.. my hair grows out PERFECTLY and I get compliments on my sexy mane regularly. WOOOO!!!

Look no further for the best Spa in Greenwich-Serenity Spa draws men and women in from Westchester to Westport. I can spend a few hours for facial-massage, actually any of my spa needs. They also do the BEST BRAZILIAN WAX!!!!!!!!!
