Went in with a shoulder length Aline in the front, back was at the top of my collar. Showed pictures and asked for a couple of long layers, willing to go 1/2 to a 1 inch shorter in length. When it was over, it was a disaster. I have never had such a short and horrible haircut in my life. She stacked the back of my hair so short I can't even get the flat iron on it. She mutilated my entire head with the thinning shears. I have a bald spot over my left ear. Nothing is matching in length on either side. NEVER let anyone use thinning shears in place of scissors. I'm humiliated, I haven't left the house in two days, and I am considering wearing a hijab for the next year, yes year, that is how distroyed and short my hair is. Erica is a great person , we had chemistry the first time I went in for a touch up, but I had no idea she didn't know how to cut hair. :( will never return.
