It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. At Cost Cutters you could tell they knew what they were doing because they used good brands of shampoo and conditioner on my hair. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
