Extremely rude and rough older Russian lady. She held my, 10 month old, son's head so strongly that he was traumatized. And her use of sharp edged clipper was extremely rough. I had to back her up away to calm him down. It was defiantly hurting him but she kept going. Her concern was to get it done as fast as she can and move on to the next customer. It took her 3 min to cut his hair. I will never go there again and recommend other to choose a baby friendly salon.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned Baby Cuts is for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased! When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I never had to doubt Baby Cuts's qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer! There was lots of available parking at Baby Cuts's office.
