I LOVE my hairdresser Annie, but this salon is near impossible to get by phone, which is the only way they have to make an appointment. Either they don't answer during business hours, or they leave their fax on...constantly. I am so frustrated I could scream...but because I love annie I persist. Right now it has been THREE DAYS I have been trying them; finally got a live person today who asked me to hold and then disconnected me!
