Beware! The owner, Mary Holland, is extremely rude. She called me about 2 mins before my appointment as I was walking in the door to inform me that my stylists car would not start. Then she never offered an apology just wanted to know when I wanted to reschedule...a week out!!! I asked her if he was coming in later & if he could fit me in. She refused to call him & ARGUED with me about it. I asked her if she ever heard that the customer is always right...she rolled her eyes & laughed. I guess not! I bought this through Groupon & she refunded my money because she didn't want me back in the salon, ha! This salon is not what I'm used to. It needs to be updated, a little rundown. Doesn't give you alot of faith that your highlights would look good. I hear that Joel is great....go somewhere better Joel & I'll visit you there!!!
