I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Future Cut makes the extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need! They always remember me and make me feel very important! Future Cut told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. My stylist always dries and styles my hair at Future Cut. Future Cut made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
