very unhappy! butchered my hair. not at all what I asked for ! seems she just kept cutting n cutting trying to componsate for her inability to cut hair.. I left disgusted. ... good thing hair grows back! My daughters hair was also a great dissappointment, not the cut she requested at all. seems you can tell them what you want and they proceed to do whatever they want... horrible, never go back!

Was told that it would only be a 15 minute wait, with only two other people in front of us. That turned into a 50 minute wait,with no apologies about the longer wait.
