Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was satisfied with my visit.

Paris Nails has poor customer service. I wanted a pedicure and french nails and they only gave me the french nails. Their loss in $$$!!! Also, the woman that did my toenails did not speak any english and made me turn off the massage on my chair. After she had the nails done she trimmed the cuticles and three of my toes have bled around the toe. She did not clean any of the toe nail clippers when she was done. She just threw them back in the box. I will never go back here again!!!!
