What a whack job the owner is! First, they wouldn't answer the phone or return calls for 2 days. The stylist I was supposed to see was on the phone with his "honey" for 5 minutes while I stood around. Another lady was sitting and waiting for him to tend to her. No telling how long she was waiting before I got there, but she looked none too happy. Then when I speak with Collen Ciani McKeown, the owner, about my online coupon, I'm told they won't honor the deal. They no longer offered the massage. Told me I had to contact Living Social and deal with them to correct their problem with her offer. I said, No, that's your job because they are your agent. She has to deal with LivingSocial to correct their errors on her offers. No, she wanted me to call them to correct their errors on her behalf. She didn't like this and said I was bullying her. I never raised my voice or used harsh language. I just kept repeating contracts law to her. Her response was to tell me to go home and deal with Living Social, plus more. At this point, I knew I wasn't dealing with anyone who was sane. Got a full refund on my coupon, so I'm only out the time and gas, and frankly, think I dodged a bullet.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Did your hair stylist make sure he/she didn't spray water in your face?
Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.

My hair was styled the way I asked and at a good price. It looked great. I never feel rushed and the they were helpful with questions. Added note: the parking was close and convenient.
