The sign read "Walk ins welcome" so I walked in. There is a sign that greets you at the door to take off your shoes on the rug. Well, kind of weird (for a hair salon).? I make an appointment, a half hour from the time I walked in. I left and came back, the door locked, I can see her doing things in the salon, she's the only one in there. so I wait until a few minutes past my appointment and try 2 more times-she can see me! So I waved her "forget it". Guess she didn't want any new customers. Rude to say the least. If I could give a negative star rating, I would.
