I found this salon about two years ago and had my hair done by Chandler. I was so pleased with her skills and results on my hair that I took my sister to have her hair done too, and she loved it. Last time I went for a hair trim with Chandler she did an almost perfect job, but no problem. I went back two days later to have one side of my hair texturized again slightly to balance the other side which was less bulky. She started trimming the small area of hair that I wanted but for some reason she started frantically trimming the rest of my hair around the neck. I thought this weird but did not say anything. I was pleased when seen from the front but on my way back home I touched the side of my hair where she had started the trimming and felt a bald patch! She had over cut it and felt like a man's three day beard, it was that short. I tried to put the matter at rest, but was so annoyed at the money I spent on a mediocre cut that I decided to call Chandler a couple of days later and told the story to her. She replied, non-nonchalantly, that my hair would grow again and it shouldn't be a problem. I asked her for some sort of compensation, hinting at maybe a discount on my next visit, and she said: "We don't do that here". I was so disappointed that I decided never to go back again to that salon. I wonder if the owner knows about this and wether she'd like to know. Since it's a service business, they should have certain actions in place to compensate clients for mistakes made by their stylists.
