I was able to get in quickly (10 minute notice), and was in & out. The woman who cut my hair said maybe 10 words to me the entire time I was there & she was a bit stuck up. Not sure if she was having a bad day??? I have been to Carousel twice for a haircut. I think the same person cut my hair those 2 times. Went once in '09 & once in '12. I went in for a trim to take the split ends off. I almost wonder if I came out with more split ends! Not very sharp scissors. Not impressed. Would recommend other places in town.
