They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Every time I try to get an appointment with them, the only times they have available always conflict with my schedule. It's almost not worth trying to get an appointment. My stylist did not make sure that they didn't spray me with water. I had to look for their business license for a long time before I finally saw it. It almost seemed like they were trying to hide it.

I was there waaaay longer than they said i was going to be there, and when i got home i realized my color was SO bad!! one side of my head had more highlights than the other and the girl didn't even get to my ROOTS!!! my cut was uneven and when I called to complain, the woman told me it was my fault because i had more hair than she thought I had (because I'm the trained professional right!!??) and when I asked to speak to her boss, she informed me SHE was the manager and refused to let me speak with anyone else. She refused to refund me my money and told me all she would do is let me come in so she can fix it.... right, like I'd ever want her to touch my hair again. When I finally spoke to the Distract Manager, she immediately had an attitude with me and said she had been working with the manager (who did my hair) for some time so it was unlikely she was as rude as I "claimed" she was!! Then she told me she would not refund me the full amount!! serious, I strongly suggest going somewhere else. SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
