Charmaine's Hair Designs rocks! I love my fab hair and always get compliments on my color. I'm a frequent customer and recommend anyone who needs their hair done to go (color, cut, style it doesn't matter!). Atmosphere is relaxing, business is clean, all staff are friendly, and Farrah is awesome and super talented!

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you were disappointed with your purchase for our salon through Living Social. This was our first experience using their services and your feedback will help us with any changes or improvements which may need to be made. I regret you were unable to use the certificate you purchased, but the certificates restrictions were clearly stated on the website and on the printed certificate. I’m glad I noticed the mishap and contacted you in a timely manner so you were able to reach out to Living Social and resolve the issue. I am pleased to see you were able to have the certificate refunded.

Very dissapointed in the owner. I have been a loyal client for over a year,I bought a Living Social deal without realizing it was for first time clients only. I made my regular appointment and recieved a call back from the owner stating she noticed I had bought one of the Living Social deals and she just wanted to make sure I knew I could not use it. When I explained to her I did not realize it was for new customers only and my credit card had already been billed she said I would have to give it as a gift or try and get my money back from Living Social because the deal was meant to try and get new business. I guess she is not interested in keeping loyal customers :( FINDING A NEW SALON WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cindi
