This place is loaded with talented and gifted stylists. I have been very impressed with the colors and cuts. Not everyone can cut hair, as I have personally found out -eek. But, this place has stylists that are top notch with no disappointments. Erin can do the most fantastic eye brows that I had done and seen for less than ten dollars (love her hair cuts as well). There is a man who is like an artist with hair, Kelly is great, and the others, who I don't know the names, but do jaw dropping amazing jobs. I have been to the big cities with the big prices and high profile cuts, but this place can way out do those places, and with fair prices, because this place is loaded with serious talent!!

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
