I asked for a color and highlights and ended up with blonde hair you would see on a toddler. I never got any highlights. This was all over my head. When I spoke with the owner, she told me that each person ran their own business. However, she said that she wouldn't have left me leave until I was satisfied. This beautician, Angie, did NO SUCH THING. She called me back as requested by the owner. She was very hateful and refused to refund my money and said that I used her products and took her time. Even though, she was 35 min. late to even get to me. She kept the color on my hair for 1 hour. She left chemicals or shampoo/conditioner in my hair at the nape of my neck and she didn't even cut my hair even. She is NOT professional in the least and was very rude.
