I came in here as a walk in client and figured what the heck how can they mess up bangs... wrong... my bangs were so uneven I could have done a better job myself! They seemed nice but I felt rushed.

wouldn't even rate it a one star! The girl who did my hair had absolutely no idea what she was doing! She bleached my hair way to long, left me under the blow drier for far to long why she did other clients hair. My hair ended up yellow and dead. I asked for them to redo it and they denied and were very rude over the phone.

Linda is by far one of the best I've ever seen in the field. It is obvious that she's been exceeding her clients' expectations for many years. I did not have to wait at all for my appointment, it was great. She always calls me back quickly if she is busy at the time of my calls. I recognized the shampoo and conditioner used at #fullname|business~this salon# as some of the best brands on the market. They are used by the top stylists in the country. She has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting her customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only has she never been late to any of my appointments, she has gone above and beyond to make appointments convenient for me. I've even showed up early Linda's always been ready and prepared.
