Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. My nails looked very nice. However there was a problem with my bank card transaction it turns out they had charged me 3 times $20.00 each time for a total of $60.00 for a $ 20.00 pedicure. I was given all the reciepts / refunds for $40.00 before I left. Found out later that this takes 3 days for the bank to clear and I could have easily overdrawn my account. Maybe better to pay with cash?

They paid close attention to me. Their staff was friendly enough. I was satisfied with my visit. My nails and feet looked better than when I came in to the shop.

I would give this place ZERO stars if it were an option. This place is horrible. I took my three young daughters here to get our nails done since we were visiting from California (my mother-in-law is very sick and needed heart surgery). They were SO rude to my daughters. They made them wait over an hour and then would stop their manicures if another customer came in and to the adults first and make my daughters wait. Then they rushed my daughters and made rude comments to one when a nail was smudged. Even worse, the guy who did my pedicure rubbed my skin raw on my right ankle until it bled! Even though I bled in the spa, he put the next customers feet in without even disinfecting first! What if I had hepatitis or HIV (I don't, thankfully)? Then they had the nerve to charge me full price! When I asked the manager what precautions I should take with the wound because I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and infections can be serious to the baby, he handed me a band-aid! I was flabbergasted, I left without tipping (and was shot more rude looks). It's been a week and my heel is STILL infected and I may have to visit my doctor for antibiotics. Not to mention my right toenail chipped less than two hours later. DO NOT GO HERE!

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The staff spoke limited English, the only language I know, but I was able to indicate the hairstyle I wanted with hand motions.

I arrived with my daughter who was about 9 at the time I was getting my nails done so I decided to give her a little bit of a pamper treatment and asked if they would perform a manicure for her. One of the ladies immediately said yes. She asked one of the ladies to do the manicure for my daughter and the lady who was doing them looked angry the whole time. It was on the tip of my tounge to get down and low class with this lady and ask her if she had a problem but i bit my tounge since there was a few people there also. I think she did not like the fact that for a child they only get half their money and for an adult they can charge full price I feel she felt she was wasting her time.
