This was my first salon experience and I am a difficult client with old henna and lots of gray. Laura and Kelly went that extra mile to see that I left with a big smile on my face. Wow. Highly recommend!

The first time was a good experience However the second time was a disaster for me, as my hair was layered while it was totally nor appropriate for my type of hair nor what I wanted. When I traveled t Europe, I found a stylist who is still working on correcting my hair cut.
Unfortunate as I love Aveda products
