So disappointed this salon no longer carries product. I bought Designline silver shine shampoo before from this salon! Need to replace it!

Not only did the stylist jack up the wash after my dye was applies but she jacked up so bad she soaked my sweater. I asked her to dry it with the hair dryer at the end so she did. What she failed to mention as she did so as that the entire mid to lower back and some of the hood of my sweater was covered in dark brown hair dye. She knowingly let me leave. I called back an hour later when it was pointed out to me and the manager said they were closing and would call in the morning to take care of it. He never called. So I called the following afternoon. The man that answered said no information was left and he wasn't there. I explained the situation and he said he was too busy to deal with me he's call me back... seriously! I told him I was already told that and it didn't happen. His response? Wasn't me so give me you info I'm busy. Wow. Still not resolved. Unprofessional, poor customer service, worst of all - no integrity.

Did your stylist make an effort to keep hair off of your clothes during your visit?
Not really, I wish he/she had tried harder
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Somewhat, it didn't smell very good
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
Not really, I was a little uneasy
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
