I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. They were a little too argumentative and angry. extremely rude when I asked any questions! First of all I couldn't hardly understand her and when I asked a follow up question she got all mad at me saying.." I TOLD YOU......" Well maybe if you spoke better english I could understand you!!! They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments.
