They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I didn't love my beauty treatment from Hair Guild, but I didn't hate it either. Hair Guild gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Their equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current.
