I didn't have an appointment when I went into the salon. I just walked in to ask about prices. Anyway, they were able to do my hair then so I went for it. First off, the stylist left me alone for about 20 minutes and when she finally came back she didn't talk to me the whole 2 and half hours I was in there. I had to make all the conversation. That's not even the most important thing... When I walked into the salon I showed the stylist a picture of exactly what I wanted, which was black dye with bright red chunks. She said she could do it. When she was done 2 and half hours later, what I got was black dye with auburn highlights. When I told her I wasn't happy with it she had the nerve to blame the hair products... On top of that, she still charged me full price. Not happy at all with this salon!

I had an appointment today to get my hair done with highlights. When I got there, they werent aware that I had an appointment. Then after the lady started cutting my hair, she told me that she didnt have time to do my highlights...said that i should come back for it, if i wanted it still....i reminded them about their promo (which is free highlights when you get a haircut) but turns out that it wasnt even highlights....plus she was just a learner, not a stylist apperantly she was just out of school....

i am dissapointed, its not worth the $18 i paid, only for haircut without anything...i have to get my hair done all over again...i dont advise anyone to go there....these people dont know what they are doing...
