Went in for a consultation with Michelle D. I had not stepped foot in a salon for 20 yrs. She eased my fears, and answered any questions that I had. Needless to say, a week later I had one of the best experiences ever. Fun, friendly, knowledgeable people who made me actually love my locks! Thanks Michelle. Can't wait for my next visit!

The stylist quickly washed my hair, but she/he didn't go above and beyond.

It was extremely difficult to find parking here. I ended up driving around looking for a spot for a very long time. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
