I really can't say enough good things about Mane Stream. The staff is nice and so personable, which is exactly what I would expect from a small-town salon in Vermont. April, the owner, is professional and very thorough. She always confirms that I am satisfied with the service. Overall, I would definitely recommend Mane Stream to Middlebury Students as well as Vermont locals because the prices are affordable.

When I walked into the salon, both employees were on Facebook and did not even look up from their computer. My scheduled appointment had not been properly entered into their schedule. Staff was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I had heard these kinds of stories about this salon. Now I have seen for myself. I will definitely not be back.
