Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Their staff is very friendly and professional. After visiting high-priced salons in Washington DC and Columbus, Genesis is the only hair salon that I trust!!

The stylist quickly dried and styled my hair, but she/he didn't go above and beyond.
