A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. One thing I love about this provider, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
