I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. they need to fix up the place its dirty and the kids running around the salon , need to provide water for customers , They have at least tow to three ppl braiding your hair , the braiding is great and profession, prices are to high ... don't expect a salon, it is a hole in the wall and dirty with the children running all over the place....

So I continue to go back to Butu's just because the ladies do know me and know my hair. What I can't stand are the prices, the constant children running around screaming and yelling, and the breaks that are taken while doing my hair. They offer me water or juice at times, but that is the extent of the offer. They always have multiple people working on my head which is good because I get out earlier, but they always make an excuse for why they can't do my hair the way I want it. If they do do my hair the way I want it they up the price. I am usually tense when I leave Butu's, but my hair always looks wonderful. It is not a professional establishment (very dirty, children brought to work, the constant breaks, talking to girlfriends), but my hair does always look professional once I leave the hair salon. I wish they would just get better control of the place.
