I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. He didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed.
All he wanted to do was talk about having a drink afterwards and while not consentrating on my hair, he, Mr Gore, talked and chopped. I had to go and have it recut and shorter just to have it evened out. He did NOT listen to what I wanted. I started off with waist length hair and ended up with shoulder after he finished. Needless to say, we did NOT have a drink, nor would I with an old, ugly, married man!!
