Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I even called the next business day to attempt some sort of resolution/satisfaction. I was told the woman would call me back and, you guessed it, SHE NEVER DID!!!!!!!!! I was looking for a new hairstylist to call my own...their loss!!! I will KEEP LOOKING!!! Even the hair wash person sucked!!! I had globs of suds in both ears, she sprayed me in the eye w/the sprayer, never apologized, just wiped my face w/ a WET towel. Oh, and by the way couldn't even check the temp of the water, just started out the washing w/COLD!!! And the cut??? It's so lopsided it looks like two different people's heads when I look in the mirror. ILLUSION is right, they keep telling you what a wonderful job they're doing, but DON'T DO WHAT YOU ASKED FOR!!!!! And then you're ignored when you attempt to get it fixed up. Illusion is all you get here, nothing real. Oh, and by the way, they let their kids walk around the entire place looking and watching. Who wants that???? Personal Care Should Be PERSONAL!!!!
