The only reason I went to Salon Essentials was because I had been given an Urban Delight special for my birthday. It took almost 2 weeks to book my appointment. Apparently they were going through some staff changes. Jo ,the lady that did my spa pedicure and shellac manicure was very friendly and I really liked her. However, she did a poor job on the pedicure and manicure. She barely buffed my heels and applied the shellac product to my nails without doing a basic manicure. A basic manicure should have been included! Not even a cuticle pushing,filing of my nails or application of lotion for a hand massage was done. I was very disappointing with the overall service.I should have spoke up and said something during the manicure but I had never had the shellac process done so I kept thinking maybe the manicure would come after the shellac application. ? Jo mentioned they had sold way too many Urban Delight deals and this caused scheduling problems for the staff. I believe she had been given a "crash course" in the shellac process so that they could accommodate the rest of the deal from customers. Jo was nice but I will not return to this salon.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Lynda does my nails and they are always the best! they stay on for up to 3 wks before I need them filled again. Denise does my hair and I wouldn't think of letting anyone else touch my hair. Every one in the Salon is always very friendly. Love the place!
