The entire time I was there, they were so attentive, and ready to help me with anything I needed. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. My stylist made sure that my neck and body were completely covered. When I left they took the time to dust off any stray hairs so that I would be comfortable the rest of the day. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
