I didn't have to wait long for my appointment at all. They called me back within ten minutes. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
