STAY AWAY. I have been going here for 7 years, after my last hair cut that I paid over 20 bucks (I'm a man with short hair) my hair was totally BUTCHERED, so I called the manager and politly told her and she was very rude to me and asked if I had a reciept so I said nice doing business with you and thats it, all I had to do was show her my hair and she wouldve flipped. My bangs are 2 inches shorter on 1 side and my hair is doing all this weird sticking out stuff, just stay away.They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction.
