They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I went in to have my hair lightened. I left with my hair darker then when I went in. I wasn't happy, I told the girl who did my hair and the women at the front desk. Neither cared. I paid close to $100 for my hair and it looks the same within a shade!!!!! I left the salon bawling. When I got home, I had hair dye all over my face, ears, neck and back! It took 30 minutes to scrub it off and you can still see it. THANKS FOR NOTHING. I wouldn't come back if they paid me.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
