I will never return to this establishment ever again. They have completely ruined my hair and it will now take at least two years to grow back into its original condition. I asked for a simple trim of three inches off the bottom ends of my hair along with layers throughout. The hairdresser ended up using thinning shears to obtain the layers I had requested. After some extensive research I discovered that only the most inexperienced, inept, and/or lazy individuals cut hair this way in order to expedite the task of adding layers to thick hair. Rather than taking the time to complete the cut, she preferred to get it done as fast as possible without considering the quality of the end result. Now, instead of my lovely thick and wavy tresses, they have been replaced with hair that is thin, bedraggled, stringy, and unhealthy-looking. One of the things I loved most about my hair was how the thickness and waviness made it so that I didn't need to spend much time on it for it to look pretty. Now, regardless of what I do, it looks unkempt and sickly. I am so distraught and angry with the lack of care put into an asset I consider to be very important to me. Many may read this and think I am being overly dramatic, but I'm sure most women would find it a horrifying thought to know their hair might meet a similar fate if they came here. I thought the point of literally putting your hair in the hands of a hairdresser meant you could trust them. I was under the impression they would ask you what you wanted and preferred before they went ahead and destroyed a valuable asset that many women consider to be invaluable to them. I can not fully express my sadness and disappointment at having been taken advantage of for my money, merely because this woman was in a rush to finish up with a client. I sincerely hope that nobody else meets a similar fate by making the fatal mistake of using this establishment for a haircut. If I could have left

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

They quoted a shampoo and blow dry for my daughter at $4 (she has had the same service before for $4) but they again asked if we wanted a blow dry and we responded yes. When we checked out they charged us $20 saying they had performed a "style." The manager Heather was extremely rude and did nothing when I pointed out they had quoted $4 shampoo and blow dry. We told them the time to quote such a large price increase should not be AFTER the service especially since we asked first and had had the same service performed previously. Heather did nothing to rectify situation.
