I will pay a lot of money to ensure that I am getting the best results from a haircut. After I visited Rachel last Wednesday I have realized that I was very wrong. Not only was her work good, it was probably the best haircut I have recieved in a long time. Every high end salon I have been to and no matter how many times I explained how I want it cut, Rachel took the time to give perfection and quality to cut my hair the way it needed to be instead of just snipping a few here and there and overpaying. Got to tell ya my $30 haircut from Rachel is so much better quality than a $60 cut from Bijin Salon. Beauty Express in Shawnee is probably the best kept secret.
